In 2 years after inception, Ceres became the third biggest private land owner in Bulgaria with well-built regional representation, farming operations and dedicated Team. In August 2013 Ceres was sold to Rompharm Company. It was one of the largest transactions in Bulgaria for 2013. Rompharm Company is a large pharmaceutical manufacturer with production facilities in Russia and the Balkans and markets in Europe and Asia.

| | SELECTED RCP MANAGED INVESTMENTS |  | Bessa Valley is a boutique winery situated near Pazardjik in Southern Bulgaria. The estate of the winery comprises of 266 hectares of land and a state-of-the-art facility for wine making and bottling. 135 hectares are planted with French grape varieties – Merlot, Syrah, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Bessa Valley has two main brands of wine – Enira, and Enira Reserva, which are positioned at the high end of the price spectrum. It also offers to the market Rose and wines ageing for ten months in French oak barrels, as well as its icon wines BV and Syrah. The winery is now working at full capacity and is able to produce 800 thousand bottles per year. The company is created in 2005 to support the increasing demand for fast and comfortable air transportation between any points among Europe and Mediterranean. Avio Delta serves most possible destinations on demand 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. The fleet is based on Cessna Citation Jets 1, 2 and 3, all newly delivered to the operator in 2007-2008 as well as Beechcraft C90 and newly delivered Diamond Twin Star planes. Total project size is estimated at € 25 million.

| "Kunino Energy" JSC is a project company in the field of hydropower. "Kunino Energy" JSC has developed, built and is currently operating Small Hydro Power Plant (SHPP) "Kunino." SHPP "Kunino" is a hydropower plant, located on the Iskar River, near village of Kunino, Municipality of Roman. SHPP "Kunino" is in operation since May 2013, consists of two hydro groups, based on vertical Kaplan turbines. The turbines are produced by the Czech leader in this field - Mavel. The total installed capacity of the plant is 4410 KW. In 2014, SHPP "Kunino" produced 26,000 MWh of electricity.

Typical of the service is that TaxiMe only works with specially selected and trained taxi drivers from all companies. TaxiMe application allows ordering selected Taxi without calling a dispatcher.
